Record, pause and stop — the same three keys a tape recorder has, big enough to hit without looking. Stop is what keeps the take, and there's a discard key for when you'd rather it never happened. The transcript and the summary arrive on their own, usually before you've pocketed the phone.
Under each recording: what it says, what your agent did about it, and any follow-up takes you record straight into it. A correction lives with the thing it corrects.
